Here’s me at my top weight, 114kgs or so, in May 2010:
And again, around the same time (I really hate this photo!):
Here’s me after 10 weeks on Dukan, back in around August 2010 – I was at about 99kgs here:
And then here’s me after about 21 weeks on the diet, so around October 2010, at my lowest weight yet – 88kgs or so.
And then another one taken in August 2011 – taken to mirror the pose and facial expression of my least favorite photo (the second one on this page) by the same workmate who took the horrid one. I’m at about 95kgs in this shot (so up a fair amount from October 2010):

wow you look amazing! youre so inspirational
i really wanna lose weight im only about 5″2 and 10:4st im going to start dukan tomorrow and need to lose as much as i can before i go back to uni! wish me luck, youve made me think i may have a chance!! how tall are you?
Hi Elsie!
Well done on making the decision to start out on this road. The first week or so can be pretty challenging- make sure you get all the exercise recommended in the book, and drink your water!
I’m 163cms tall- I can never remember what that comes out to in feet, 5’3/5’4 or so. Once you hit your target weight, also be sure to do the next couple of phases of the diet- consolidation and stabilisation- or you’ll just end up putting the weight back on again. Trust me, I know from experience…

OMG C!!!!
I KNOW you can achieve this again & you’re in a better position than you were when you FIRST started last year! I hardly recognized you in your Oct. pic!! Incredible really!!
What an amazing difference!!! Clearly your body responds to the Dukan way
FOCUS FOCUS…. F O C U S!!!!!!!!!
You can really see the difference in the photo’s. I’ve been on the diet for 3 weeks. So far I’ve lost almost 5kg. I am happy with it so far. I have slipped. I had cake on my birthday and my hubby’s. But I am finding new ways to cook things.
Hubby has noticed the weight I’ve lost but I can’t see it.
I think the best thing to come out of this is that I now exercise every day. I used to maybe do it 1 day and then couldn’t be bothered. Now if I don’t go for my walk then I do Wii. I’m planning on taking it 10kg at a time once I’ve lost the first 5kg.
Well done on your progress and I look forward to trying some of your recipes
Fantastic loss.. Thanks for posting these its always nice to see what people look like
Hey girl! you are so pretty!!! Well done for your weight loss!!!
Oh wow, you have lost a lot – gone a long way! I am in second week, find it sooooo hard to sidestep my 2year old’s treats – Will try your muffin recipie this weekend, I need some cocoa in my system – it is screaaaaming for carbs!
you re doing fine! you re doing just great! Love to see the progress. You are a very nice girl. I follow the diet since july, also with ups and downs.
Have a nice x mas!
greetings from Spain
You look amazing! Fantastic job… This journey can be tough, but its the little things done each day, that over time, will add up to a big result if we stick with it. I linked my name to my weight loss album on facebook. Check out my progress… I’m so excited. (my husband takes great before and after photos for me) The team approach really helps me! Don’t Quit… Keep going in 2012!!

I Just wanted to drop past and say thank you for helping me be inspired to try the Dukan. Your progress photos made me realise I can do it!
I am on day 3 of attack and hope I can look back in 6 months time and see some weightloss
Hi Charlotte
Wow! Great photos! It is wonderful to see that Dukan works for you. You can really see the difference!
i’m on my 2nd week of Dukan now (1st week of cruise just finished) and I have lost 3.4kg so far. I have fallen off a few times due to Easter but I’m getting right back on there tomorrow!
I’m about 5ft 11inch so it normally takes around 10kg for people to notice a difference. I have actually gained 5kg and not realised that I have put on weight until I notice that a piece of clothing is tighter.
You are an inspiration and I wish you the best of luck!
can’t wait to see the new photos of you! You will get to your goal!
